Referral & Loyalty Program
Over the years my business has grown primarily through word of mouth. I greatly appreciate and am grateful for all of the kind words, repeat business and referrals. I have developed this program to reward clients!
Referrals
Clients who refer new business will receive a 5% credit towards future business capped at 10% of the new project.
ex: A referral hires me for a job that nets 10k. You will have a $500 credit. Your next project nets 1k...
10% of 1k is $100, so you will pay $900 in labor for that project and still have $400 in credit for future use.
However if you hire me for a job that nets 10k you will be able to use the whole credit and only pay 9.5k in labor
Loyalty and repeat business
I call this a labor lock. Over time the cost of living and inflation continues to drive prices of labor and materials up. My industry is no exception. I am very familiar with how long a project takes so I give a fixed price with the exception of honey-do lists or trial and error situations but in my head the equation is usually (time x labor rate (varies/trade)). You will be locked in for that rate on date of hire for that trade capped at 50%.
ex: You hire me for a honey-do list at $50 an hour in 2015. In 2025 current labor rates are $100/hr...
In 2025 I will only charge you $75 for that visit. However your rate will then re lock at $100/hr. + materials.
2022 Corporate Handyman business national average rates are currently between $75-$125 / hr / person.
